Who We Are
Filter & Fyn is a speciality coffee brand shaped by the same values found in the region’s wine heritage: careful cultivation, seasonal variation and a deep respect for land and craft. A single cup of coffee depends on every hand it passes through — grower, processor, roaster, barista. We think about each of those steps, not just the ones we control.
No snobbery.

Small-batch beans selected for character, not volume. We roast with care and passion to bring out each coffee’s distinct personality.

Direct relationships with our suppliers and, where possible, our growers. We are committed to knowing where our coffee comes from and being open about how we get it.

Co-Founder · Head of Coffee
A decade in London’s speciality coffee scene — from barista to café manager, coffee trainer, and Head Roaster & Head of Coffee at Nude Coffee Roasters, where she honed her craft on a Loring S35 roaster.
SCA Professional Sensory certified and a qualified Q Grader. Raminta’s experience ensures the quality of the roast and the consistency of every cup.
Gideon
Co-Founder · Operations
A background in project management and process design. Founded Blankbox Coffee in 2012 and ran it for several years before returning to his primary career. The website is now long gone, though traces of the brand still live on, online: Moo.com · YBF Awards.
For Filter & Fyn, Gideon’s focus is day-to-day operations, logistics and commercial planning.
